Initial Consultation Meeting
Let’s chat about your project. It starts with a friendly chat about your plans and what you want to achieve. We’ll explain the process clearly and give you a fixed quote, no hidden costs.
Site Visit & Measured Survey
If you are happy with the quote and wish to proceed, we will visit your property and perform a highly detailed measured survey. We will gather detailed measurements and all information we need in order to draw up accurate plans.
With this information we will draw up existing floor plans and site plan and we will also draw up proposed floor and site plans capturing your dream home or project on paper.
Design Review & Tweaks
Once we have the initial proposed plans ready, we’ll arrange a design meeting to go through them with you. This is where you can tweak the design, add your input, ask questions, and make sure everything matches your vision and meets approval criteria.
Submission & Council Handling
Once you’re happy with the plans, we’ll handle the paperwork, compile all necessary documents which the council requires and submit your application to the council. During the application process, we will deal with the council directly on your behalf. We keep you updated at every step of the way.
Construction Drawings
Once planning permission is granted, we then prepare the detailed construction drawings which your builder needs, keeping the build on track and to spec. We take pride in our construction drawings being clear to read, highly detailed and well thought out in every aspect.
